Boiler Services
Lockerbie & Hole provides industrial owners with a non-OEM alternative to boiler maintenance, repair and retrofits. Our boiler services group performs annual maintenance, outage maintenance, emergency repairs, retrofits, rebuilds and new installations on marine, package, power, utility, hog fuel and chemical recovery boilers in the industrial sector. We also have experience in working with pressure vessels, heat recovery systems and power islands and will provide single point responsibility to ensure estimating, procurement, fabrication and installation services are to the highest standards.
In order to provide top rate service during emergencies, Lockerbie & Hole has built the largest full-service boiler shop in Western North America, which boasts the largest boiler tube stock inventory. Because we understand the importance of bringing a boiler back on line during an emergency and the difficulties encountered in obtaining the correct boiler tube, we stock boiler tubes in sizes from 1-3/4" to 3-1/4" diameter and greater, with walls from 0.135 MWT to 0.220 MWT in thickness.
We also carry welded and seamless boiler tubes (chrome/moly alloys and composite tube) plus fin materials to fabricate membrane wall panels. All tubing is stored indoors and comes with material tested reports. Lockerbie & Hole Industrial's tube fabrication facility is also capable of forming standard boiler bends, using specialty empty-bend tooling.
