Boiler Tube
Lockerbie Hole's boiler tube manufacturing and repair facility is located on an 8.5-acre site with 40,000 square feet of shop space in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our facility is minutes away from a deep-water port, major trucking terminal and the Vancouver International Airport.
Boiler and Tube Replacements
With the largest in-shop inventory of ASME tubing over 80,000 feet in western North America, Lockerbie Hole provides both scheduled and emergency boiler and tube replacements. We stock tight bends and boiler parts (e.g. manways, observation doors and openings, specialized casings, superheater attachment parts, and tube pads) and our fabrication dies allow us to provide everything from superheater elements to single bends.
We also stock:
- Standard tubing in sizes from 1-3/4" to 3-1/4". OD with wall thickness from 0.135 MWT to greater than 0.220 MWT
- All grades of welded seamless chromemoly alloys and composite tube
- Finned material for OEM membrane wall boilers
Innovative Manufacturing Technology
Lockerbie Hole leads the boiler-manufacturing competition with innovative equipment technologies like our GTAW orbital welders which are capable of providing nuclear-quality welds on 1" through 20" tube or pipe to ASME requirements. Our state-of-the-art bending equipment assures computer accuracy and consistency.
