Lockerbie & Hole was awarded this contract to install all mechanical systems for two buildings, totalling 65,800 square metres on the University of Alberta campus.  Our scope includes installation of: 87,400 linear feet of pipe; all plumbing, heating, cooling, high and low pressure steam lines and fuel oil system; vacuum, dry air, demineralized water, disinfecting systems and other required gases; 20 air handling units, 64 pumps, 16 heat exhangers and 15 HEPA filters; and HVAC controls, fire protection system, ducting and insulation.
