Pipe Fabrication
Our Edmonton fabrication facility consisting of 58,500 square feet of enclosed production area is strategically located on 40 acres near a heavy shipping corridor. In addition this facility boasts 5,400 square feet of indoor fittings warehousing space and 14,500 square feet of office and amenities.
Two 20-ton, four 10-ton, and one 5-ton overhead gantry cranes, and 30 1-ton jib cranes service the shop and an under hook height of 24 inches allows for the handling of large modules and equipment.
We currently man 45 welding stations with the capacity to expand to 60 should the need arise. Production capacity is currently at 10,000 diameter inches per week. Lockerbie & Hole maintains 24 power positioners with up to 20,000 lbs capacity to assist with the fabrication of a quality product.
Lockerbie & Hole Eastern owns and operates a 60,000 square foot fabrication facility on a seven acre site in Brantford, Ont. The shop consists of four separate craned bays which allow for the segregation of work by project or material type.
Our personnel are experienced with skid/module fabrication and assembly, UA Label Pipe Fabrication and the fabrication of miscellaneous structural steel assemblies.
