Scheduling & Planning

The role of a Scheduler/Planner is to be responsible for compiling detailed project schedules for the Estimating department to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to.

At Lockerbie & Hole our Schedulers/Planners review estimates for preparation of proposal schedules, prepare the schedules using P3e, the manpower histograms as well as provide our clients with the project control reports.

Scheduler/Planner skills and abilities:

  • Construction scheduling and/or estimating experience
  • Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner (P3e)
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to continually learn advanced technical knowledge
  • Detail-oriented
